as i prep for my L&D interview at FB, i was going through the interview prep material and it has been very helpful so far. However, I do not see a video that mentions a framework to talk about the answer. One video even mentions , that in the next video we talk about framework, but the framework never is discussed. Could you please help with that?

Yes! For L&D at Facebook having the right tone and sentiment ( essentially demonstrating culture fit) is the top priority. A framework can help you organize your answer but is less essential than at, for instance Amazon.
The framework we recommend is CAR ( Context Action Results). I appreciate your feedback on that info not being clear/ missing and I’ll drop an update in the course today.
