One of the things I’ve read about Amazon is that they have a culture that gets a lot of people into hot water- like literally fired- if they underperform. I was speaking about it to a friend who is an engineer and from what I gather if you’re in the bottom 10% you get put on a PIP and kind of managed out.

I guess all this is to say that you should consider if the culture i for you before spending a lot of time and effort prepping. I see many people try to get into roles that are not for them and flame out.
