-What metrics do you use to measure positive change?
-Tell me about a time when you had to handle a project outside your scope of work. How did you handle it and what did you learn?
-If a team member wasn’t pulling their weight, what would you do?
-Tell me about the most difficult project you’ve worked on
-How do you deal with ambiguity?
-Tell me about a time you used feedback about your team to drive a change
-Tell me about a time when you disagreed with someone
-Have you worked in an agile environment before? How did you manage it?
-Tell me about a time when you took a risk
-Tell me about a time you used innovation to solve a problem
-How do you collaborate with others?
-What are your strengths and weaknesses?
